Revision & Refund Policy

Revisions are included

If a deliverable misses the brief, tell us within seven days of receiving it and we will revise it at no extra charge. Point at the part of the brief it missed, and we will rework that part rather than reopen settled decisions.

Cancelling before work starts

An order can be cancelled before the kickoff call and is refunded in full. Orders are confirmed within one business day, so this window is short and clearly dated.

Cancelling after work starts

Once work has started we refund the parts of the engagement we have not delivered. A diagnostic fee covers work already performed and is not refundable once the diagnostic has begun. Monthly engagements run for a three month minimum, then continue month to month and can be stopped with 30 days notice.

How to request a revision or a refund

1. Send the request through the contact form or reply to your order confirmation email, quoting the order number.
2. Say what missed the brief, or which part of the engagement you are cancelling.
3. We confirm in writing within one business day, and refunds go back by the original payment method.

What is not covered

• Results that depend on factors outside the engagement, such as platform policy changes or your own pricing decisions
• Revisions requested after the seven day window, which we will quote as new work
• Third party costs already committed, such as media spend paid directly to the platforms
