Omnirobo is an advertising and business management consultancy. We plan advertising that sells, and we repair the operations behind it, because most campaigns that fail were never given a fair chance by the process around them.
How We Work
We take on two kinds of work: fixed-scope projects with a written deliverable, and monthly engagements where we run campaigns and the reporting that goes with them. In both cases the work is done by senior consultants. You are not passed to a junior account team after the pitch.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic, and the findings belong to you whether or not you continue. That is deliberate: if the honest answer is that you should not spend more on advertising yet, that is what we will say.
What We Consult On
- Advertising strategy and media planning: positioning, offer, channel plan and budget split
- Paid campaign management: search, social and display, built around your margin
- Content and channel operations: editorial calendar, production briefs and publishing rhythm
- Market and competitor research: demand, pricing and positioning in one readable document
- Business process improvement: how work actually moves, and what it costs you
- Management systems and training: KPIs, reporting rhythm, roles and workshops
What You Get
- A named consultant accountable for each workstream
- Written deliverables you keep: budget model, fix lists, process and KPI documentation
- A reporting rhythm your managers can run without us
- Fixed package pricing, published on this site, with media spend paid by you directly to the platforms
What We Do Not Do
- We do not take a cut of your media budget, so we have no reason to inflate it
- We do not promise rankings, follower counts or revenue figures we cannot control
- We do not work on rolling contracts with no exit: retainers have a three month minimum, then continue month to month
